Customise our collections for your perfect finishing touch. How it Works Seen a design in our collections you love but it’s not quite right for you? We can make that necklace longer, shorten a bracelet, swap ivory pearls for cream or clear crystals for coloured.  Prefer studs to ear hooks, or grips rather than pins?  No problem.  Call us on 08445 616862 and we’ll talk through the options with you, or email discover@yarwood-white.com. What does it Cost? Just the cost of the jewellery as shown on our website, plus a 10% design fee.  This means you would usually pay between £2-£20 extra for this service (per item). Most simple changes to size or colour or materials will be covered by the Tailored service.  If there is an increase in cost due to the value of the materials used (e.g. changing silver chain to gold chain) you will be advised of this upfront. If we can’t accommodate your changes within the Tailored service, you’ll need our Bespoke service, see right.	Quite simply, your dream wedding accessories come true. How it Works You may have a really clear idea of what you want, but need it brought to life.  You may be less certain, but know you haven’t seen anything that’s quite right for you yet.  Through our creative, friendly and professional 4-step Bespoke service your dreams will come true. Step 1. We start with a consultation over the phone, this usually takes 20-30 minutes.  We usually ask to see pictures of your dress, find out more about you and your wedding plans, and discuss hair ideas. Step 2. You will then receive our design ideas by email, along with relevant sketches, photos of mock-ups or similar designs, and a set of sample materials in the post.  We will also supply a clear quote for the finished item. Step 3. We will then chat with you by phone or email to get your feedback, and make any changes to the design.  You can call or email us any time, we will work with you until we are both confident you have a design you are delighted with. Step 4. We hand-make your jewellery in our studio in Surrey, carefully package it and delivery it to you by an agreed date. What does it Cost? Our Bespoke design fee is £35, which you pay at Stage 1, plus the cost of the jewellery as quoted, which is payable before Step 4 if you decide to go ahead. Frequently Asked Questions How do I know if I need the Tailored or Bespoke service? Drop us an email to discover@yarwood-white.com, or call 08445 616862 and we'll let you know. How long does the Bespoke service take? It depends a little on how long you need to make up your mind, but we would recommend leaving 4 weeks to complete the process, so you don’t have to rush your decisions. I don't have pierced ears, can you make bespoke clip on earrings for me? We can usually do this as part of our Tailored service if you would like to adapt a design from our current collections.  For example, our Angel Earrings would cost £35, plus £15 for the clips, plus 10% design fee: total cost £55 + delivery.  Can I send you my drawings of my ideas? Yes, absolutely!  We love seeing your sketches however um, sketchy. Email them or pop them in the post. I want a bespoke tiara and necklace, do I have to pay the design fee twice? No, the £35 design fee covers up to 3 different items, if you want more designs we will happily give you a quote. What if I don’t like your designs? We will always work to make sure you get designs you are delighted with, but you are under no obligation to order the jewellery if you are still not happy with the designs at the end of Step 3. Can I take the designs elsewhere to be made? Sorry no. The designs remain the property of Yarwood-White Ltd and copying them is an infringement of copyright law. Do you really offer refunds on Bespoke jewellery, most jewellery companies don’t? Yes. We think it’s only fair if you are not happy you should have your money back.  Although we don’t think it’s ever happened...  Please note Design Fees for Tailored and Bespoke services are non-refundable. Can I buy a Bespoke service as a gift? Absolutely!  This is a very popular gift for brides -  you can order a Bespoke Service Gift Voucher online for £35, and you can choose whether you would also like to cover the cost of the jewellery or not.
