How it Works You may have a really clear idea of what you want, but need it brought to life. You may be less certain, but know you haven’t seen anything that’s quite right for you yet. Through our creative, friendly and professional 4-step Bespoke service your dreams will come true. Step 1. We start with a consultation over the phone, this usually takes 20-30 minutes. We usually ask to see pictures of your dress, find out more about you and your wedding plans, and discuss hair ideas. Step 2. You will then receive our design ideas by email, along with relevant sketches, photos of mock-ups or similar designs, and a set of sample materials in the post. We will also supply a clear quote for the finished item. Step 3. We will then chat with you by phone or email to get your feedback, and make any changes to the design. You can call or email us any time, we will work with you until we are both confident you have a design you are delighted with. Step 4. We hand-make your jewellery in our studio in Surrey, carefully package it and delivery it to you by an agreed date.
What does it Cost? Our Bespoke design fee is £35, which you pay at Stage 1, plus the cost of the jewellery as quoted, which is payable before Step 4 if you decide to go ahead.
